Mindfulness Coaching
I offer 1:1 mindfulness sessions to help you show up exactly as you are, with patience, compassion, and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and body, fostering a deeper connection with yourself and improving your relationships with others.
During our time together, I’ll create space for you to tap into the wisdom of your heart and body, listen to your intuition, and make empowered decisions aligned with your values. Sessions include guided meditations, gentle movement, self-compassion practices, and additional resources to support you beyond our meetings.
My approach is affirming to the queer community, spiritual seekers, and those challenging societal norms.
