Introduction to Mindfulness (30-60 minutes)
This introductory session includes an overview of mindfulness, a guided meditation, interactive exercises, group discussions, and time for Q + A. This session is open to all and is especially helpful if you are new to mindfulness.
Chair Yoga Sessions (30-60 minutes)
Chair yoga is one of the most gentle forms of yoga. These sessions are perfect for people of all levels wanting to stretch the body and relieve tension while at work. You will open your hips, move your shoulders and neck, and find length in your spine, all while seated. Chair yoga helps you physically relax and experience the benefits of regular yoga without having to wear special clothing or get down on the floor.
