Each program is 8 sessions or longer and includes fun and interactive activities such as: movement, music, games, art, journaling, and student-led discussions. All sessions are adapted to fit the unique needs and age of the group (3-18).

Sessions can be facilitated directly in the classroom (in the SF Bay Area), virtually via live and interactive sessions or through pre-recorded videos.
